Buzzy As Entertainment – Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Our professional entertainers reserve their time exclusively for your event and often turn down other bookings. As a result, late cancellations leave little opportunity to rebook, and a cancellation fee is required to fairly compensate for lost income.
These terms apply to full cancellations (i.e., when the entire booking is cancelled).
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations within 3 days of the event date:
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued.
In the rare case of an emergency or illness affecting your booked entertainer, Buzzy As Entertainment will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. Please note that the replacement may be a different character or performer than originally booked.
If we are unable to provide a replacement and must cancel the event, a 100% refund (including any deposit) will be issued.
Payment
Payment is required either at the time of booking or on the day of the event, prior to the performance starting.
Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the performance.
PARTY GUESTS
Our Science Party packages are designed for a maximum of 30 children per entertainer.
If more than 30 children will be attending, an additional fee is required to maintain the quality and safety of the experience.
If this change is not communicated in advance, and more children are present on the day, the client will be invoiced after the event for the additional cost.
ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following:
Parking
A parking space must be provided for the entertainer. If only paid public parking is available, the client is responsible for reimbursing any parking fees.
Indoor Space
Adequate indoor space is required for activities such as games, dancing, and demonstrations.
If the space is limited and many adults are present, we kindly ask that they do not overcrowd the performance area, as this can disrupt the show.
Weather Considerations (Science & Superhero Parties)
If the party is held outdoors and it is raining or extremely hot, please ensure there is a shaded and sheltered area available for both the entertainer and the children.
Eco-Friendly Balloons
All balloons used are compostable and eco-friendly. However, high heat and contact with grass can cause them to pop more easily. A shaded area is recommended for balloon twisting.
Other Activities at the Event
We understand that parties often include other forms of entertainment such as bouncy castles or performers. While this adds to the fun, please be aware that such attractions can make it more difficult for our entertainer to maintain the children’s focus. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
